From the initial consultation over our house move right through to completion I cannot recommend the team at Moving Home highly enough if you are looking to move home.We had quite a variety of quotations through when we were looking to move and I am delighted that we chose to go with this company. They carried out a visit firstly which put my mind at ease and the price quoted was very competitive. The communication prior to the move was excellent and on the day the team that arrived to do the job were fantastic. Nothing was an issue for the team that carried out the move and they worked brilliantly at both ends of the move to get it completed. At one point I think we had 6 guys on the job which was great to see as they worked together brilliantly to get the job complete for us.Thank you to Lauren, Donna and the moving team for helping us make one part of a stressful day very straightforward indeed. Highly recommend!

Moved the contents of my 1 bedroom flat in to a storage unit for me today. Really efficient and professional service. Lauren in the office kept in regular contact with me to arrange my move and give me an accurate quote. The guys packed everything in to my storage unit safely and quickly, including dismantling my ikea bed all in less than 2 and a half hours. Will be using them again when I move everything back out. Highly recommend!

Moving Home Made Easy more than fulfilled this statement. From our first contact to arrange a home visit through the planning and packing stages they could not have been more helpful.We required specialist packing and large furniture to be dismantled and rebuilt in our new home and they ensured this was dealt with and that we were happy with everything in our new home. Furniture was positioned unwrapped and moved to chosen rooms with no request too much.Once unpacked they collected all packing materials when we contacted them.We find it hard to believe all of this was done within one week of our move. Moving home was certainly made easy and we have no hesitation in recommending the team. A move we dreaded was hassle free thanks to their organisation and assistance throughout.Brilliant company.

Moving Home Made Easy is a 100% accurate name for this company. When we contacted them on the day before our move (after another moving company let us down at the 11th hour), they quickly arranged our furniture move with no fuss. Communication was quick and helpful. The moving guys were great — friendly, professional and very efficient at what they do. Our move was as smooth and stress-free as it could be; I thoroughly recommend this company.

Moving Home Made Easy made our move very easy. From the visit to assess our needs to the variety of quotes and options to meet different budgets to the conduct of the team on the day of the move everything was done with enthusiasm and care. Communication was thorough and questions were responded to very quickly. We’d never moved house at this scale before having managed previously with car loads and helpful friends, Moving Home Made Easy did a lot of hand holding for us and made the experience as stress free as moving 200 miles can be.

We hired Moving Home Made Easy to help us move and we are so glad that we did. David came out to the house to review how much stuff we had to move and to talk us through the process. When we contacted other companies, no other company offered to send someone out to do this. A few days before the move, David came out again to see how we were getting on and answered questions that we had.The day of the move was stress free thanks to the fantastic movers who worked quickly and efficiently to empty our house. They had the entire van packed in less time than what was estimated and took care when packing our stuff. The movers were already at the house when we got the keys, and the guys were fantastic putting furniture/boxes where we wanted them. They were all incredibly friendly, polite and nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.All in all, choosing Moving Home Made Easy helped make what can be a stressful day, so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others and if we were to move again, we would certainly be using them again. Thank you for everything you done!

Great experience! Good communication before and during the move. Very flexible. We used the preload service which was fab. Good price for the extra services that they offer compared to other companies. The team were all friendly, polite and professional. They all worked very hard especially moving things from a top floor flat. All items were safely transported to my new home. Would recommend Moving Home Made Easy. Thank you!

I’ve have realised that finding a good removals company is always tricky – you only do it occasionally and there’s no going back if things don’t work out on the day! I have usually used a friend’s recommendation or other local knowledge before, but being new to the Glasgow area that was not so easy.My move was a local one (only 8 or so miles in the Garelochhead area) and I really wanted it done in a day, so I got 4x quotes. The highest was outrageous and they obviously didn’t want the business. The lowest was just too low and I couldn’t see how they could make any money and I really didn’t want to trust my entire house to some guys who were probably being paid less than minimum wage.That left two, who both did a proper survey and I chose ‘Moving Home Made Easy’ as their quote was reasonable, the surveyor who did the survey was very knowledgeable, offered good advice and easy easy to deal with. The whole ethos of ‘Moving Home Made Easy’ appears to be around customer service and I thought I would give them a go – especially as the personal contact and information given by David Reed the MD was second to none.The move went fine, the guys were great and took good care over the boxes (I packed myself with boxes provided by them and some I already had) and with furniture etc. Nothing was broken or damaged. All in all I would recommend ‘Moving Home Made Easy’ as they seemed to live up to their name.
