Clause 41 states that the liability will not exceed £40/item. Is this the limit of insurance that my goods are covered for?
No, the limited liability of £40/item is only if you choose to use your own insurance or you do not purchase our insurance cover. Our standard cover overrides this clause when purchased, or when it is included in our quotation.
Yes. Insurers will not pay the first £100 of each customer’s claim. £50 payable by the customer and £50 payable via remover.

For full cover to be in effect our trained packers need to pack the boxes.
Any claim should be made in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods, any extension to this period must be requested within the 7 days and agreed by us in writing.
